Your responsibilities

 • Selecting promotional gadgets tailored to marketing needs and preparing price estimates

 • Managing the marketing warehouse – ongoing stock control of gadgets, leaflets, and other materials, and restocking when needed

 • Searching for cost-effective offers, comparing prices, and adjusting them to the marketing budget

 • Preparing marketing kits for trade shows, events, and industry gatherings

 • Coordinating with print shops for the preparation and ordering of promotional and marketing materials (signboards, banners, leaflets, company brochures, calendars)

 • Creating content for social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)

 • Entering accounting documents into the system

 • Participating in various events such as trade fairs and demonstrations

 • Collaborating with other departments and external service providers

 • Taking care of the company’s positive image

Requirements

 • University degree – preferred fields: marketing, PR, advertising, or related

 • We do not expect extensive experience in marketing — your motivation, initiative, and eagerness to learn are most important. We’ll provide training and develop marketing skills together through daily tasks

 • Precision and attention to detail, especially in ensuring content accuracy and data currency

 • Openness to new challenges and a creative approach to problem-solving in marketing

 • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

 • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

 • Self-organization and initiative

 • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

 • Communicative level of English

 • Category B driving license
