RECRUTATION PROCESS

Each of our processes is transparent. From the very first conversation, you know the scope of responsibilities, you understand the requirements for the position, but you also have the opportunity to present your expectations towards the employer. We believe that while job offers and CVs are important, the key is having a conversation together!

2. Application

3. Initial Interview

If we’re interested in your profile, we’ll contact you by phone for a brief conversation during which we initially verify the possibility of cooperation. If after this stage it turns out that for any reason we cannot continue the process, you will definitely be informed about it.

4. Recruitment Interview

The main point of the recruitment process. We always believe that while job offers and CVs are important, the most crucial part is having a conversation together. During this conversation, we tell you about the company and the position, discuss your skills and experience, and mutually discuss our expectations. Transparency is the foundation of our processes.

5. Meeting with Management or Technical Task

This is an optional stage depending on the position you are applying for. For Management positions, you can meet the Board during the recruitment process and discuss the company’s development strategy together. When applying for a specialist position, we may ask you to complete a short technical task that will allow us to assess your skills.

6. Job Offer

If after the completed process you prove to be the best candidate, we will present you with our offer and invite you to join our team!
